V.I.E. Agent Middle Office Transversal (H/F)

Main mission: Ensure the execution of controls related to the obligations of the Depositary Bank and the banking operations of SGSS clients. Tasks and responsibilities: Record Keeping & Ownership verification transactional and periodic Production and communication of bank confirmations to fund auditors Production of Regulatory Reporting Organization and conduct of regulatory committees Performing AML Transaction Control Your main missions will include: Continuous improvement: Analysis of the processes in place to identify and quantify the most relevant technological solutions Construct with users the specifications of the different solutions After validation, develop; test; document technical solutions Support users in the use of these new solutions Draw up “technical” and “user” documentation. Data Science: (subject to obtaining the necessary access to the relevant databases) Construct with users the terms of reference in relation to the identified problem After validation, develop; test; document the solution Support users in the use of this new solution Draw up “technical” and “user” documentation. Improving our interaction with internal and external clients

Studies & experience: Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Data Science & IA A previous experience in Bank would be appreciated Language skills: Fluent in English Technical, operational & soft skills: Good communication and presentation skills Proficient/Good command of MS Office Strong listening and analytical skills Proactivity, spearheading of proposals Langages de programmation : Python / SQL Machine Learnin & Deep Learning / Power BI Proficiency in Power automate and Power apps tools
