Description de la mission

Purpose of the Job: The HR Support Partner plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless HR support to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) functions (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations). The role acts as a liaison between HR Business Partners, CoE leads, and employees, ensuring the efficient execution of HR initiatives, process consistency, and a high-quality employee experience across the HR function. Key Accountabilities: Support with coordination and delivery of learning, development and engagement programs; including reviewing training data. Support with end-to-end recruitment coordination and support with delivery of efficient and compliant HR administrative services and Stakeholder Collaboration with HR Business Partners, CoE leads, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of HR programs and initiatives. Talent Development Support : • Support the rollout of learning and development programs, training, and capability-building initiatives. • Maintain training records, track participation, and monitor learning outcomes. • Assist in conducting and collating feedback, and analysing data to improve program effectiveness. • Support employee engagement, performance management, and talent review cycles. • Support with internal communication related to development programs and recognition initiatives. Talent Acquisition Support : • Support to coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records. • Support HR Operations with hiring process • Support recruitment activities, talent pipeline management, and diversity hiring initiatives. • Generate reports and dashboards on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and candidate experience. HR Operations Support : • Support with administrative and transactional support across HR processes including employee data management, documentation and coordination. • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the appropriate CoE. • Support HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and employee experience. • Collaborate with HR Operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery and standardisation of HR processes across business. Outcome, Results and Key Performance Indicators: • Contribution to process improvement or standardisation initiatives in timely execution of HR processes • Support with recruitment and talent development coordination within agreed timelines • Effectiveness in identifying improvements Key Relationships: Internal: • HR Business Partners • CoE Leads (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations) • Line Managers and Employees • Finance and IT (for system and payroll coordination) External: • External vendors (e.g., training providers, recruitment agencies, supplier)

Profil recherché

Knowledge and Skills: The job holder will have: • Interpersonal, influencing and listening skills, with the ability to engage at multiple levels to build alliance and co-operation. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. • A strong commitment to ethical conduct and compliance, ensuring the company adheres to legal and ethical guidelines. • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, and to prioritise tasks, in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Additional requirements are: • An exceptionally impactful individual, able to translate complex ideas into simple concepts. • Self-motivated Profile Required: The job holder will have: • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, ideally with exposure to recruitment or HR generalist functions. • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, particularly in handling HR data and reports. • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset. • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
