Elevate Product Management Capability Across SLB · Support the development of a skills and competency assessment framework. · Help strengthen PM training pathways and learning experiences across all divisions. · Contribute to the long-term strategy for PM skill development. What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Community Engagement & Communications · Organize community events, talks, and periodic coffee chats. · Create weekly Product Management quizzes to assess competency and spark engagement. · Lead communication waves to energize and connect PM communities across SLB. · Work with Product Champions and Product Managers to maintain and expand content on elevate360 (our sales enablement platform). Learning & Development Operations · Coordinate trainings such as PM University (Berkeley), Bootcamps, Pricing and Finance sessions, and additional PM learning opportunities. · Review and recommend updates for online PM training resources. · Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to improve learning experiences. Organizational Design & Strategic Support · Help build, facilitate and document workshops to define roles and responsibilities. · Contribute to writing job profiles, matching roles, and refining capability frameworks. · Participate in strategic Product Management initiatives when appropriate. Data & Program Management · Collect qualitative and quantitative data to spot patterns and propose actions. · Build simple dashboards or reports for skills, participation, and community metrics.
