Description de la mission
We are looking for a Data & CRM Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between our Global Commercial CRM project team, the Data team, and the local commercial affiliates across our markets. Embedded within the Commercial IT / CRM Project Team, you will be the go-to person for everything data-related along the roadmap defined by the project team.
Your mandate is to ensure that data is well understood, well documented, and well used — from the way it is structured in our systems to the way it reaches the hands of local commercial teams. This means spending real time in the details: exploring datasets, making sense of country-specific data complexities, and building the shared understanding that allows technical and business teams to move forward together.
Data Understanding & Documentation
• Deep-dive into data structures across CRM and integrated systems to understand how data flows and where issues arise
• Maintain and update data dictionaries and functional documentation, serving as the living reference for what data exists, what it means, and how it should be used
• Keep project documentation up to date (Confluence or equivalent)
Interface & Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Data team, the IT/Integration team, and the local commercial affiliates
• Work hand-in-hand with the solution architect to bridge the gap between Data, CRM, and Integration workstreams
• Translate business needs from local teams into clear functional specifications and data definitions that the technical team can act on
• Create wireframes and mockups based on business requirements to communicate dashboard or reporting needs to tech teams — without building them yourself
Affiliate Support & Data Quality
• Engage directly with local market teams to understand their data specificities, constraints, and quality issues
• Support affiliates in data cleaning and preparation efforts, providing guidance and hands-on help where needed
• Conduct ad-hoc data exploration and analysis to answer business questions from the global commercial team
Roadmap Execution
• Operate within the roadmap defined by the CRM project team, ensuring local needs and data requirements are properly captured and prioritized
• Track open items, follow up on data-related actions, and flag blockers early
Profil recherché
Technical Profile (No coding required)
• Comfortable working with data in its raw form — able to read a data model, explore a dataset, and spot inconsistencies
• General understanding of how dashboards and reporting tools work (Power BI, Tableau, CRMA or similar) — as a user and specifier, not a developer
Core Tools
o Power BI, Tableau, or CRMA — functional/user level
o Excel (advanced) — pivot tables, data manipulation
o Basic SQL — data exploration and querying
o Confluence & Jira — documentation and project tracking
CRM & Integration Awareness
o Salesforce or Veeva — functional knowledge
o API basics & ETL logic — awareness level
o Data lake / data warehouse structure — conceptual understanding
o Able to create clear wireframes and functional specs to communicate requirements visually
Data Skills
o Reading and interpreting data schemas / entity-relationship models
o Data profiling and validation techniques
o Data dictionary maintenance
Languages
• English — full professional proficiency (mandatory)

• Clear communicator: able to explain a data issue to a business stakeholder and a business need to a technical team
