Business developer (H/F)

Location Saint Jean Industries Valladolid, Ctra. Medina del Campo Mojados, Km. 25; 47250 Mojados, Spain Role & Responsibilities The VIE in Spain is in charge to manage some customers as well as to acquire new ones. The development of the specific customer product will be managed by our central technical organization with the full support of the Project engineer and the advanced project engineer dedicated to Spanish customers. In that context, together with the local team, the VIE Spain will be accountable for:  Business development of new customers: Acquisition of non-existing customers following our diversification action plan All customer visits must be tracked into reports and CRM with the people met, the information collected, and information given.  Bid Process: Anticipation of the customer’s technical specification. Manage SJI proposals (pre-studies, timing, logistic and process / product analysis etc…) with the customers and understand their expectations (RFQ Process) Write the offers and the customer CBD. Follow up of the hit ratio and realize postmortem to consolidate experiences.  Development phase Follow up of the progress of the development until the start of production. Manage the “change orders” and verify the selling price at each milestone.  Serial life Manage the pricing negotiation. Ease all processes between the internal actors: Project management team, logistics, quality. Business intelligence: analyze permanently the industry market related to Spanish customers Miscellaneous Able to travel for customer/prospect visits. Weekly report on his activity to the sales director Europe Define the sales strategy of its portfolio with the sales director Europe. Profile: A 5-year post-secondary degree program leading to a recognized degree from a business school (with some general technical skills or experience in industry), engineering school, or a hybrid institution Language Skills: • English: fluent • Spanish: fluent Candidates should ideally possess a minimum of two years’ professional experience in a similar role.
