Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Italy - Rome. Description of the mission: Supports the Brand & Customer Manager in defining and implementing marketing strategies for oncological products. The role focuses on assisting with operational execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the management of multichannel campaigns within a highly scientific and specialized context. 1. Strategic & Business Support • Assist in the development of the integrated strategic marketing plan. • Support the analysis of market trends, competitors, and epidemiological data. • Help identify growth opportunities and support lifecycle development. 2. Campaign Execution & Operational Support • Support the execution of multichannel campaigns (online/offline). • Assist in developing scientific content for specialized targets under supervision. • Ensure local messaging aligns with global guidelines and internal SOPs/compliance. 3. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement • Assist in maintaining relationships with KOLs, scientific societies, and patient advocacy groups. • Support the organization of educational initiatives and patient-centric projects. • Contributes to the preparation of clinical-economic value propositions. 4. Performance & Coordination • Monitor campaign KPIs and sales data. • Support budget tracking and resource allocation. • Coordinate with external agencies and internal departments (Medical, Sales, Market Access).

Profil recherché

Educational background: Degree in scientific or economic disciplines. Specialization: Marketing Field of study: Scientifics or Economics Languages: Italian / English Experience required: Approximately 1 year of experience within the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in oncology or specialty care areas.
