VIE Portfolio Manager (H/F)

Your Impact & Key Challenges: As VIE in operations, you'll play a crucial role in: - Navigating Complexity: Master the diverse landscape of renewable energy contracts, ensuring their precise representation within our operating systems. - Data Integrity: Monitor and safeguard data flows from end to end, ensuring accuracy and reliability for seamless front-to-back and physical operations. - Operational Agility: Support our commercial and operational stakeholders under tight deadlines in a dynamic, real-time environment. - Process Automation: Contribute directly to our automation strategy, identifying manual bottlenecks and helping develop technical solutions to adapt to evolving market demands. Your core responsibilities will include: - Portfolio Onboarding & Support: Assist portfolio managers in setting up new renewable energy contracts in the systems and executing transversal checks to guarantee data quality. - Data Quality & Pipeline Monitoring: Apply data management best practices to maintain robust, continuous operational data pipelines. - Automation & Scripting: Write, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and leverage modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. - External Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with site owners and local providers to gather technical information and integrate external data flows into internal databases. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Origination, Trading, Dispatch) to ensure their operational data needs are met.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate: Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance). Experience: Initial experience (internship or first job) in a data-intensive operational or analytical role, ideally within energy markets, renewables, or financial sectors. Technical & Coding Skills: Solid foundational skills in Python for data manipulation or automation. Familiarity or strong interest in leveraging AI tools/APIs to accelerate development. Comfort with data management principles (SQL or database structures is a plus). Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy. Communication & Problem Solving: Proactive mindset, resilience under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and commercial teams. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
