ASSOCIATE TREASURY ANALYST (H/F)

The VIE, in the role of Associate Treasury Analyst, will join the Regional Treasury Center (RTC) in Luxembourg and work closely with offices across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and CIS. The successful candidate will gain exposure to funding, liquidity management, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, banking relationships and strategic Treasury projects while supporting the Treasury operations of Caterpillar Financial throughout the EAME region. The Analyst will work within the different treasury operations of our RTC and will (list is non-exhaustive): • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Treasury reporting for EAME operations. • Manage a portfolio of EAME countries and participate in regular treasury and funding reviews with local business teams. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across Treasury activities. • Assist in the analysis and execution of funding solutions, including the use of derivative instruments for risk management purposes. • Support the identification, monitoring and mitigation of financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange (FX) risk. • Contribute to SOX controls, audit activities and Treasury governance processes. • Support the enhancement of Treasury reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI solutions. • Explore and support the use of AI, automation and digital tools to improve treasury analysis, reporting and process efficiency. • Collaborate with Caterpillar Financial and Caterpillar Inc. teams across multiple regions and time zones. • Participate in meetings with external partners, including global and regional banking partners.

Your profile: Bac +5 student with strong interest and desire to succeed in Corporate Finance. An experience in Treasury and/or Corporate Finance will be a plus. Analytical, creative, customer focused, dedicated and able to work independently. Dynamic team player with initiative and excellent communication skills. Fluent in English is mandatory.
