Process and project Engineer (H/F)

As process and project engineer the mission for this VIE will be to support the local team with the following activities : 1) Technical Support to Operations • Prepare and revise the operating procedures, process descriptions, and operating manuals. • Participate in personnel training and support Operations teams during project commissioning and start-up phases • Assist the local Process engineer, for process troubleshooting and resolving production malfunctions. • Develop, and analyze key performance indicators for production units, including productivity/OEE, energy consumption, material yield, process capability, and maintenance kpi’s • Within the continuous improvement methodology, lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams focused on process, operation and maintenance. Define and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions. • Coordinate the industrial trials in collaboration with other plant departments and R&D, and monitor their execution with the Operations team. • Participate in incident investigations for process-related aspects and Hazop studies. Lead the implementation of corrective actions. • Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of corrective action plans related to HSEQ and energy performance. 2) Technical Support for Projects • Develop the process engineering deliverables for projects, including material and utility balances, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), in coordination with the Engineering Department. • In collaboration with Operations personnel, develop Detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for new installations.

- Master’s degree (BSc+5 / MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Self-motivated, rigorous, and autonomous, with strong interpersonal skills - eager to lean and grow in a large international organization - ability to lead cross-functional working groups - Proficiency in standard office software and process engineering tools (Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, etc.)
