Mission Objective:
The volunteer will be responsible for:
Managing the entire lifecycle of supplier contracts—from drafting and negotiation to post-signature management—while ensuring compliance with company policies and facilitating the achievement of business objectives across a diverse contract portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts
• Participate in and contribute to contract management reviews before and after contract award—covering purchase agreements, amendments, extensions, contract closures, and dispute resolution—while tracking corrective action plans and supporting audit requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of supplier contract documents, including confidentiality agreements (CDA/NDAs), sourcing templates, purchase orders, and both simple and complex purchase contracts. Assess supplier-related contractual risks and review supplier-proposed contract templates where applicable.
• Maintain and administer contract records in relevant databases, ensuring timely data entry, creation, updating, and system publication of contracts. Demonstrate proficiency in all legal department systems and tools.
• Legal advice
• Provide legal advice and support regarding the interpretation of contract clauses to Supply Chain teams and other stakeholders, ensuring agreements meet both business and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profil recherché
• Law degree; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, from both legal compliance perspective and commercial perspective, preferably in a supply chain or procurement environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with office Microsoft tools, and legal research tools.
• Fluent in English
