VIE Junior Digital Solutions analyst (H/F)

Context You will join the Digital & Innovation team of ENGIE S&EM Italy (Sales & Energy Management), where business and IT come together to transform complex operational challenges into innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to real, production-ready projects covering the entire digital lifecycle, from process analysis and solution design to deployment and user adoption. Your Mission As a Junior Digital Solutions Analyst (V.I.E.), you will support the team in: • Analyzing and mapping business processes to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for improvement. • Designing and implementing automation solutions for repetitive or inefficient workflows. • Developing low-code applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse). • Creating Python scripts for data processing, automation, and system integrations. • Building reports and dashboards in Power BI using Power Query and DAX. • Contributing to JavaScript or VBA developments when required. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and support deployments. • Producing technical and functional documentation and providing end-user support and training. You should have a strong interest in business processes, innovation, and technology, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Hard Skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. • Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data manipulation. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. • Knowledge of .NET (C#) would be an advantage. • Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI is appreciated. Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive attitude and growing autonomy. • Team spirit and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Education & Experience • Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of professional experience. • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. • Eligible for a V.I.E. contract (EU citizen aged 18–28 and residing outside Italy at the time of application). Languages • Fluent English is required. • Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
