RTX is the 2nd largest firm worldwide for Civil & Military Aviation, Defense & Space with ~ 70 billion US Dollars of Revenue per annum on those 3 industries. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Provide overall support on all Non-Product Sourcing Categories (Indirect Sourcing) of spend in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) & APAC (Asia Pacific) Regions (1.2 billion US Dollars of Indirect spend across both Regions). The individual in this role will support the EMEA & APAC Non-Product Sourcing Regional Corporate Leaders as their Corporate Sourcing Analyst for those regions. The individual will also support a cross-functional, multiple Division team (all RTX Business Units such as Pratt & Whitney/PW, Collins Aerospace/CA, Raytheon RAY) in all aspects of the RTX Corporate Non-Product Sourcing strategy in leveraging Non-Product (Indirect Sourcing) spend in EMEA & APAC. The VIE person will be based in Rzeszow, Poland but will support both regions with the following top 5 markets in APAC (Singapore, India, China, Philippines & Australia) and the top 5 markets in EMEA (UK, Poland, France, Germany & Morocco). The Non-Product/Indirect Sourcing Analyst will split his/her time between both regions and will support 4 (EMEA) plus 3 (APAC) Regional Sourcing Leaders on their respective Categories. The 3 main Categories in scope are Logistics, Facilities and Consumables. Other Categories could be addressed, such as Contingent Labor, Professional Services, Fleet & Travel. This role will provide support to a cross-functional business team in both regions, mainly supporting Non-Product initiatives (all Indirect categories) across the listed countries (see here above) with a solid-line report to the Regional Corporate Leaders (Director & Associate-Director levels). 2. Core responsibilities include regional Non-Product Sourcing Supply-Chain (Indirect Sourcing), operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, RFX (RFI, RFQ, RFP) including supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support. Key categories of focus include, but are not limited to Logistics, Facilities and General Industrial Supplies & Chemicals. Other Categories: IT & Telecom, Contingent Labor (Engineering Services & Contingent Labor), Professional Services, Fleet, CAPEX. 3. Utilize the RTX Supply Chain Sourcing standard work (“CORE”) & tools, collaborative Sourcing systems & joint supplier selection process while supporting the regional Business Unit teams to ensure robust participation. 4. Support Non-Product Sourcing Team members in leading frequent regional meetings (EMEA & APAC Regional, Country & Category Councils), project development, RFX, supplier negotiations and project execution are key deliverables. 5. Support Non-Product Sourcing Director and his team members in leading the development of a clear Non-Product Category strategies at the International level (EMEA + APAC) in cooperation with each regional RTX Business Unit operations teams, including the development and execution of savings within each Non-Product category being managed. 6. Benchmark European & Asian markets in categories to incorporate into sourcing strategies and to share best practices. 7. Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and business trends in all Non-Product Sourcing Categories and incorporate these trends, when appropriate, into the Non-Product Category strategic plan.

Profil recherché

EDUCATION: MA/MS or Post graduate Master degree with a first relevant Sourcing experience (preferred) in Direct or Indirect Sourcing SOURCING SCOPE: Non-Product Sourcing scope with well identified Categories including but not limited to Logistics, Facility Management, General Industrial supplies & Chemicals. 1.2 billion US Dollars of Indirect spend across both Regions with a big focus on few key countries within each Region. LANGUAGES: English (required), 2nd & 3rd languages are a plus (Polish, French or German languages would be valued) TECHNICAL ABILITY: Ability to use the Microsoft Office Pack environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) but also other software tools such as Power BI, Jira etc. Knowledge on SAP ERP or SAP Ariba or any other SAP modules would be seen as a plus. Ability to leverage the power of AI tools (i.e.: MS Co-Pilot) would also be very valued. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Proven ability to work in English and other identified languages. Proven ability to exercise independent business judgment to drive strategy and results. Proven ability to work with a global team to achieve results through leadership & influence. Ability to excel in a dynamic & very complex environment, and to lead analysis and resolution of complex problems where success requires the evaluation of both tangible and intangible variables.
