Description de la mission
Act with purpose. Innovate with care.
At Biocodex, we believe we can be global without being impersonal, demanding without being rigid, and innovative without losing sight of care.
As a human-sized pharmaceutical company, we operate with high standards, a strong team mindset, and a clear ambition: to create meaningful, lasting impact. Here, you can own your role, grow your expertise, and be fully yourself.
We’re not looking for cookie-cutter profiles. We’re looking for strong expertise, fresh thinking, and people who want to build something that matters.
Why this role matters
As part of the development of its international communications, Biocodex aims to strengthen coordination between the Group and its subsidiaries to ensure greater consistency in messaging, smoother information sharing, and enhanced visibility of local initiatives.
The VIE will support the Group Communications team in coordinating the network of subsidiaries and contribute to the deployment of both internal and external communication initiatives, working closely with local HR, Marketing, and Communications teams. The role will provide dedicated support to the Polish subsidiary as well as the Central Europe region.
As not all subsidiaries have dedicated communications resources, the VIE will act as a communications liaison for local teams and as an operational partner for the Group Communications department.
He will help identify news and initiatives worth promoting, facilitate the flow of information between the Group and its subsidiaries, and encourage the adoption of communication messages, tools, and best practices across the international organization.

• Identify news, initiatives, communication needs and best practices to be highlighted, including proactively sourcing information that is not naturally shared.
• Support subsidiaries in implementing their communication initiatives while ensuring alignment with the Group's corporate priorities and messaging.
• Help develop and animate a network of key contacts across subsidiaries to facilitate collaboration, information sharing and the exchange of best practices.
• Ensure the regular reporting of local updates and initiatives to the Group Communications team, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of Group communication tools, including the editorial calendar, communication toolkits, brand guidelines, templates, coordination materials and KPI tracking tools.
2. Internal and External Communications Deployment
• Support the preparation and dissemination of subsidiary news and communications through the most appropriate channels, including local websites, LinkedIn, press relations where applicable, Viva Engage, B-Linked, internal digital screens and other local communication platforms.
• Draft and adapt communication content, including LinkedIn posts, website articles, internal news, corporate content and institutional communications.
• Contribute to the maintenance and regular update of subsidiary websites.
• Ensure that all communications remain aligned with Biocodex's corporate platform, values and communication priorities.
3. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Monitor communication activities carried out by subsidiaries and consolidate key information for the Group Communications department.
• Identify and share local best practices that could inspire other subsidiaries or be promoted at Group level.
• Contribute to improving coordination processes between the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Define, monitor and analyze communication KPIs to measure subsidiary communication performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
