Description de la mission

The APQP Engineer VIE supports the Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams in the planning, development, validation, and launch of new products. This role assists with APQP activities, quality documentation, data analysis, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer and company quality requirements. Mission: • Assist in the execution and tracking of APQP deliverables throughout the product development cycle. • Support cross-functional teams during new product launches and engineering change activities. • Maintain APQP documentation, project timelines, and customer-required records. • Participate in design reviews, process reviews, and quality planning meetings. Assist in developing and updating: • Process Flow Diagrams • PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses) • Control Plans • Work Instructions • Help collect, analyze, and summarize quality and production data. • Support Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities. • Participate in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions and documentation reviews. • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities. • Support manufacturing process validations and production trials. • Help monitor launch readiness and closure of open APQP action items. • Maintain organized project files and quality records. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Profil recherché

Specialization : Quality Systems, Quality Management, Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949), Internal & Supplier Auditing, Document Control, Process Mapping Level of education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field Technical skills : Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements Experience conducting internal audits and supplier audits Ability to develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and the Quality Manual Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts, and system documentation Solid understanding of document control and revision management Familiarity with corrective action tools (8D, root cause analysis, containment, verification) Strong analytical and organizational skills Spoken languages ; English Soft skills : - Attention to Detail - Analytical Thinking - Problem‑Solving - Communication Skills - Collaboration & Teamwork - Organizational Skills - Adaptability - Proactive Mindset - Integrity & Objectivity - Training & Coaching Ability
