Description de la mission
This position is a full-time position and will be based out of Stockholm (with initial training in our Headquarters in France).
Objective
To work on developing IKOS GROUP's activities in Sweden, we are recruiting a Business Development Engineer with initial experience in the railway and/or energy field. The goal of the Business Development Engineer is to enhance the presence of the company in Sweden
and provide our customers with technical solutions which are tailored to their needs.
Main responsibilities
You will build up strong business relationships with clients and prospects in order to gather their needs and offer our expertise and customized railway/energy engineering services to them.
Working with the company director, you will recruit and manage your team of engineering consultants.
The role will then develop into a managerial position, and the Business Development Engineer will be responsible for his or her own Business Unit in Sweden.
Qualifications
You must hold an engineering degree (compulsory)
You hold an additional degree in Management and/or have a strong entrepreneurial/business development mindset.
You speak English fluently (C1 level and above) (compulsory)
You have some experience in a railway-related field (internship, project etc.).
You have a real interest in projects that combine technological innovation and managerial responsibilities.
Some knowledge of Swedish is also an asset
