Description de la mission

In a context of increasing regulatory requirements and growing risk management challenges, our clients are strengthening their governance, compliance, and resilience frameworks. The consultant will support the implementation of regulatory compliance projects, enhance risk management frameworks, and contribute to the structuring of governance processes. The consultant will work on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and support organizations in improving their maturity in resilience, business continuity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead Regulatory Compliance Projects -Support organizations in achieving compliance with applicable regulations. -Coordinate regulatory workstreams and monitor deliverables and project milestones. -Perform gap analyses and define associated action plans. Strengthen Risk Governance and Regulatory Reporting -Design and formalize governance, incident management, and reporting processes. -Map regulatory obligations and ensure alignment with other compliance frameworks. -Prepare and facilitate steering committees, workshops, and presentations for senior management. Enhance Organizational Resilience -Conduct critical reviews of existing resilience and risk management frameworks. -Develop and update resilience, business continuity, and crisis management plans. -Contribute to the update of policies, procedures, and governance documentation. Support the Maturity of Risk Management Practices -Define and standardize risk management methodologies. -Support the deployment of common tools and risk frameworks. -Challenge project teams on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Contribute to Cross-Functional Risk & Compliance Initiatives -Draft and update policies, methodologies, and framework documentation. -Contribute to initiatives addressing emerging risks, regulatory developments, and topics such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and organizational resilience. -Support strategic transformation projects related to Risk & Compliance.

Profil recherché

Profile Experience -Experience in risk management, compliance, resilience, internal control, or governance. -Experience gained in a highly regulated environment or through transformation projects. -Knowledge of frameworks or regulations such as CER, NIS2, DORA, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, or equivalent standards is considered a strong asset. Skills -Risk governance and regulatory compliance. -Regulatory analysis and preparation of strategic deliverables. -Ability to facilitate workshops and steering committees. -Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. -Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders. -Native-level French. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage. Personal Qualities -Highly autonomous with a proactive mindset. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to quickly develop expertise in complex topics. -Comfortable working in fast-paced, transformational, and evolving environments. -Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
