About the Position: Legal Counsel As a Legal Counsel, you will provide practical legal support to our European business operations, helping protect the company's interests while enabling business growth. You will advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of commercial legal matters, with a particular focus on contract drafting and negotiation, compliance, and legal risk management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams and external legal advisors on strategic projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners, including sales contracts, purchasing contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and licensing agreements. Prepare and maintain standard legal documentation for Group entities in both English and French. Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and tax-related matters. Support cross-functional initiatives related to GDPR, Compliance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business. Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to support business decisions. Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Coordinate the company's vehicle insurance program together with the local HR team. Develop internal legal guidelines and deliver training sessions to increase legal awareness across the organization. Liaise with external legal advisors when specialized expertise is required.

Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification. Experience in commercial and business law, ideally within an international industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of commercial contract law and legal risk management. Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of autonomy, integrity, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multicultural teams. Fluent English
