Description de la mission

IT department about 3 persons, in charge of support level 1 and 2 for end users for 2 entities (70 persons). Covering helpdesk, business support and projects. Working closely with other entities in other countries. You will join a team of three people, based across the Swiss and Central Europe regions, whose mission is to: • Act as the first point of contact for users and customers • Identify and diagnose issues and problems • Categorize and log requests in Jira • Provide solutions to incidents and issues • Manage the inventory of all hardware • Ensure alignment with group policies and standards • Handle audit requests related to the infrastructure scope

Profil recherché

A first significative experience or internship within an IT department Good writing skill (English) Efficient communication (English) Good analytical and problem solving skills First customer service experience. Friendly autonomy M365 Networking Basics: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting Cybersecurity Cloud computing and Infrastructure Jira Confluence
