About the job
As Global Health Economics and Outcome Research VIE within our Market Access team, you will be an integral member of the Global HEVA Modeling team, contributing to the development, validation, and communication of health economic models across Sanofi's therapeutic areas. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in health economics at a global pharmaceutical company, working alongside seasoned experts on high-impact projects that directly influence patient access to innovative treatments.
Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) function at Sanofi plays a critical role in demonstrating the value of our medicines to payers, health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, and healthcare decision-makers globally. Within HEVA, the Modeling team develops and maintains state-of-the-art health economic models that support market access strategies, reimbursement submissions, and evidence-based decision-making across Sanofi's therapeutic portfolio.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the development, adaptation, and validation of health economic models (cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, disease progression models).
- Assist in building and maintaining models in line with HTA body requirements and international best practices.
- Perform data extraction, synthesis, and analysis from clinical trials, real-world evidence studies, and published literature.
- Assist in cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses to support reimbursement submissions.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, model documentation, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and Clinical Development teams.
- Assist in responding to technical queries from health authorities related to economic modeling.

Profil recherché
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge of health economic modeling methodologies (Markov models, decision trees, partitioned survival models, microsimulation).
- Proficiency in at least one modeling/programming tool: R, Excel/VBA, TreeAge Pro, Python.
Soft and technical skills:
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data
- Understanding of HTA processes and reimbursement frameworks (desirable)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional team setting.
Education:
- Master's degree or PhD in one of the following fields: Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written & verbal).
