Project Manager FVL LATAM (H/F)

Project Management - Support end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting Operational Excellence & Process Improvement - Analyse current logistics and compound operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Product & Solution Development -Assess market needs and identify opportunities for new logistics products and services participating in the design of value-added solutions for automotive OEM customers. Organizational Integration & Transformation - Support the integration of different legal entities, business units, and operational structures participating in harmonization projects involving processes, systems, governance, and reporting structures. Data Analysis & Business Performance - Analyse operational and financial performance data to support strategic decision-making and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Master´s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering 0 – 3 years • Intermediate Spanish and Advanced English • VBA and Excel • Process flow design • Logistics and Transport • Storytelling – Presentation • Organization and multitasking • Data driven mindset • Strong Analytical Skills • Proactive mindset • Ability to communicate in different levels of the organization
