Description de la mission
Support the Non-Metals Procurement team in sourcing, supplier management and procurement excellence initiatives. Contribute to cost optimization, supplier performance, digital procurement transformation (S/4HANA, e-Procurement tools, AI solutions) and operational efficiency across the site.
Key Accountabilities
Take-over management of selected categories
Lead sourcing projects, RFQs, supplier selection and negotiations in line with procurement strategies.
Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier development, innovation and sustainability initiatives.
Assist with contract implementation, compliance and procurement governance requirements.
Support purchase order and procure-to-pay activities while ensuring process accuracy and internal control compliance.
Collaborate with operations, finance and category managers to address business needs and resolve procurement issues.
Contribute to reporting, continuous improvement projects and deployment of digital procurement solutions.
Organization & Internal/External Work Relations
Reports to: Site Procurement Leader
Geographical Scope: Switzerland, Valais - Sierre
Internal Relations: Site operations, finance, category managers
External Relations: Site-level suppliers, service providers
Profile & Qualifications
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
First practical experience through internships, apprenticeships or graduate projects in procurement, project management, sales, contract management or finance.
Interest in heavy industrial environments; knowledge of the metallurgy industry is a plus.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is appreciated.
Profil recherché
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

Good command of SAP, MS Office and digital tools.

Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent French and professional English; German is a strong advantage.
This role will involve regular travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
