We invite you to join us as a VIE, in our Fund Administration Team. The incumbent is motivated to become active part of the CACEIS Fund Administration team by supporting its operations and the associated tasks. The candidate will be in the position to: • Responsible for the accuracy and the timely delivery of Net Asset Values (NAV). • Assist the Team Supervisor(s) in ensuring effective controls and processes are implemented & managed by all Fund Accountants in order to maintain accurate records within the Funds business, business risk is identified, managed & mitigated. • All audit and regulatory requirements must be clearly satisfied and key service level agreements met. This is evidenced through the timely & accurate production & dispatch of Fund Pricing. • Produce & Develop management Information Report which is benefit for management team to make decision in improving client satisfaction • Manage feedback to/from departments that will have input into NAV deliverables to ensure client deliverables and quality standards are met. • Build strong working relationships with other internal departments such as Master Data Services, Fund Distribution Services, Custody, Operations Control. • Ensure effective process controls are implemented and evolve them as necessary; escalate issues to management as appropriate. • Contribute in delivering key MI for management views with the aim of improving client satisfaction. Profil recherché

Must-have • Previous analytical exposure is desirable • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (fluency in French would be a plus) • Funds Product Knowledge • Independent, confident, self-motivating and able to work under pressure. • Ability to work accountably and willingness to take on new challenges. Nice-to-have • Proven experience in Funds Accounting/Pricing/Client reporting environment. Financial markets experience (Custodian/Fund Manager/Broker) • Regulatory knowledge • Fund accounting system Knowledge Skills: • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex circumstances and describe those in a comprehensible way; • Systematic way of working, analytical intellectual power, proactivity and independence; • High ability to work under pressure • High level of curiosity, self-confidence and assertiveness • Team-oriented combined with own-initiative doing • Very good communication skills also on Management level • Systematic and experienced handling of Database (high volumes) IT Tools: User of Microsoft Office applications.
