Main responsibilities: - Collaborate in the preparation and submission of content to the relevant authorities. - Provide support on internal inquiries related to practices, materials, and collaborations. - Participate in the development and delivery of internal training sessions. - Update and maintain the internal repository of regulations. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Collaborate and participate in the annual meeting with health authorities. About you Experience: - Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs would be an asset. Soft and technical skills: - Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and legislation. - Problem-solving capabilities – able to assess regulatory challenges and propose effective solutions. - Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments. - Proactive and accountable mindset. - Analytical Thinking and problem-solving orientation. - Ability to manage priorities and respond to urgency. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Quick Learner, able to grasp new concepts and frameworks. - High level of Integrity and professionalism. - Strong communication and diplomatic skills. - Openness to change and continuous improvement. - Results-driven approach. Education: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or a related field. Languages: - Fluent English (written and verbal). - Spanish B2 level.
