Position Description
The assignment supports Flexcity's international growth strategy by strengthening its commercial operations across multiple European markets. The role contributes to the development of scalable go-to-market processes, harmonized CRM and data systems, and AI-driven commercial tools that improve efficiency and support business expansion. By aligning sales, marketing, and portfolio management across countries, the assignment helps the company optimize customer acquisition, increase forecasting accuracy, and accelerate its growth in the European energy flexibility market.
Responsibilities
• Design and own the GTM (Go To Market) tool stack.
• Lead CRM migration end-to-end.
• Define and enforce data governance across all GTM systems.
• Align sales, marketing, portfolio managers, and product teams.
• Define and own the GTM Operations roadmap.
• Lead the digital transformation of the commercial organization.
• Prototype and deploy AI-augmented workflows.
Profil recherché
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation.
- Previous experience: 3+ years in designing, building, and scaling new processes for GTM Operations.
- Skills: Sales and marketing automation, data analysis, dashboarding, SQL, data governance, API/scripting/workflow platforms, Applied AI/LLM tooling.
- Languages: Bilingual English; French/Dutch is a plus.
