O2C Process Improvement (H/F)

Process Mining for O2C: Developing and implementing technical solutions to provide an accurate view of SAP S4 Hana O2C flows. Identifying flow deviations and investigating root causes. Proposing & implementing action plans managed by BA. Creating & monitoring dashboards to track improvements. Training end-users on dashboard utilization and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions. Expansion of Process Mining: Supporting the roll-out of the process mining software to additional selected scopes beyond O2C. PMO Support for Internal Efficiency: Assisting the Project Management Officer in simplifying the Internal Efficiency project scorecard. Ensuring existing dashboards are migrated to the process mining tool where possible.

Technical skills Good knowledge of SAP S4 HANA on the O2C scope Supply Chain knowledge on the overall flows with a specific focus on Logistics and Customer service perimeter. Ability to use common IT tools (Excel, G Suite). At ease with data management Very good level of English and French Soft skills : Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels Flexible attitude Cultural integration skills Curious to learn new subjects & skills
