Supply Chain VIE (H/F)

Ensure plant implementation of PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) methods and tools. Provide plant with PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) standards: Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk run, leveling, etc. Define PC&L deployment objectives on a semi-annual basis and build up an action plan in cooperation with the plant and division PC&L managers. Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results. Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager. Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions. Propose, in coordination with the Production System Efficiency coordinator, visual management systems in order to improve reactivity in case of problems. Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used. Analyze, understand, and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities. Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer demand. Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy. Follow requirements established in Blue Springs Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions. Follow values established within Being Faurecia. Act with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as with autonomy and accountability. Support environmental programs to achieve objectives and targets. The mission will last 18 months.
