Description de la mission

Objectives and dimensions : Support the Global C&C Sustainability Director in coordinating LCA data, Archimedes/iMPACT+ scoring and packaging (PPWR) tracking across Bostik C&C's global sealants and adhesives portfolio. Provide sustainability business support across Europe, with priority focus on France given its current alignment gap (fluent French required). Contribute to specific sustainability projects as assigned by the Director. Reports to the Global C&C Sustainability Director. Description of the mission : Context: Sustainability is becoming core business infrastructure at Bostik C&C, driven by an unprecedented wave of regulation converging by 2030 (PPWR, CPR, DPP, CSRD/EPBD, EMPCO). C&C carries larger product-level data exposure than other Arkema BUs given its SKU base and construction-specific reporting obligations. Challenges: Existing resource is insufficient to sustain day-to-day LCA/Archimedes coordination alongside strategic priorities. France is the market furthest behind on packaging alignment. Objectives: Strengthen sustainability data management and business execution capacity, with priority focus on SKU-level LCA/EPD mapping and supporting local business execution, particularly France. Activities: 1. Data support for sustainability roadmaps: LCA/EPD SKU-level mapping, LCA team coordination, packaging/carbon KPI tracking, Archimedes/iMPACT+ scoring support (~45%) 2. Local business support, priority France: operational point of contact, roadmap/process input, other markets as needed (~30%) 3. Ad hoc project support: process optimization, R&D innovation project support (~25%)

Comfortable working in ambiguity, in a function still being built with no established playbook. Strong people skills, able to build working relationships across teams, functions and cultures. Genuine curiosity and fast-learning ability, able to pick up new frameworks, tools and business context quickly. Computer skills: Strong Excel/data tool proficiency essential, including structuring, cleaning and drawing insight from data. Familiarity with LCA software, PCF/EPD methodologies or digital sustainability portfolio assessment tools a plus - training provided. Other personal skills: Working understanding of key sustainability concepts (LCA, carbon footprint, circularity, EU environmental regulation) or strong aptitude to acquire this quickly. Autonomous and organized, able to operate with significant ownership and limited day-to-day supervision. Sound judgment on what to escalate versus execute independently.
