VIE Workforce Coordinator (H/F)

This position will support the PTS (Pass To Stock -Manufacturing) business line workforce team. The VIE workforce coordinator will be responsibility is monitoring, updating, and tracking head count positions to assure we meet our headcount governance. In this role the VIE workforce coordinator will have exposure to the HR, Project Management, Services and Engineering teams in the business line to allow for an in depth knowledge of the business. This Position will be responsible in standardizing and sustaining processes in our rolling forecast headcount to remove the manual aspect of the process, improve our efficiencies, and assure we do not exceed projected headcount numbers.

Fluent in English No specific degree is required - we are open to HR, Business, Engineering, etc. Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with Power Automate would be a plus Team Player Positive and motivated Think out of the box, creativity, etc.
