Description de la mission

As a VIE, you will contribute as follows: 1. For Group activities (80%), under the leadership of the Group Cybersecurity Awareness Manager and/or EU CISO team: · Support the Group in collecting, analysing, and visualising cybersecurity awareness data (program adoption, KPIs, maturity indicators, training results…) using Power BI. · Contribute to simplifying and improving reporting processes between countries and Group, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness of data. · Help animate the international cybersecurity awareness community, fostering engagement and knowledge sharing across countries. · Participate in the creation of awareness content (presentations, newsletters, campaigns, videos, Power BI dashboards, internal communication). · Contribute in preparing and executing phishing simulations. · Assist in monitoring the progress of cybersecurity awareness initiatives and identifying areas for improvement. 2. For local country activities (20%), under the leadership of the local IT Manager or local cybersecurity coordinator of the country hosting the VIE: · Support the implementation of cybersecurity awareness activities in the hosting country (training sessions, communication actions, events, phishing campaigns). · Prepare local awareness dashboards and reports to support decision‑making and improve the visibility of cybersecurity topics. · Assist in adapting global awareness and communication materials to local needs.

Profil recherché

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and interest in awareness, human risk, and data‑driven decision making. · Good command of Power BI (data modelling, dashboard creation, visual storytelling). · Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical topics into simple, engaging messages. · Organized, dynamic, and proactive personality. · IT background (studies or early professional experience). · Experience or internship in at least one of the following is appreciated: o Data analysis and reporting o Cybersecurity awareness or training o Communication / internal communication o Change management activities
