Description de la mission

Today for our Fes Rolling stock project, we are looking for a VIE position (24 months) to support industrial manufacturing. The role is to support our industrial departement during the ramp-up of the production and the start of a new activity. Your future role We’ll look to you for: Collaborating with engineering teams during the preliminary design phase to ensure compliance with industrial requirements. Participating in co-engineering activities to influence product design using appropriate methodologies. Designing macro-processes and preparing for the introduction of new technologies, including process validation plans. Estimating method times, performing line balancing, and optimizing workstation layouts according to ergonomic and EHS rules. Completing industrial documentation, including Industrial Maturity Follow-Up (IMFU) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA). Validating product designs and industrialization through First Article Reviews (FAR) and First Article Inspections (FAI). Supporting production teams post-serial Go to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets. Proposing solutions to improve working conditions, ergonomics, and overall performance. Conducting time analyses to identify and address inefficiencies and root causes impacting performance. Participating in Kaizen workshops (SWIP) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profil recherché

Experience or understanding of manufacturing engineering, with an apprenticeship or a few years of work experience in the industry. Technical knowledge of process and manufacturing engineering methodologies. Good practice with CAD and Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA). Knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and organized approach. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
