Description de la mission
Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) has been a key player in the global coffee industry for more than 30 years. We specialize in all major Arabica and Robusta coffee qualities, serving a diverse customer base worldwide, ranging from specialty roasters to multinational food and beverage companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Coffee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the FP&A Manager for the Coffee Platform in EMEA.
In this role, you will support the FP&A Manager in delivering recurring monthly performance analysis, coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributing to a range of ad hoc, cross-functional projects. You will work closely with multiple teams across the EMEA region, gaining exposure to the commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the coffee business.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your FP&A skills within a dynamic and international environment. Based in Kampala, Uganda, LDC's largest coffee origination platform in EMEA, you will gain unique exposure to the coffee supply chain, from origin to destination markets. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, operational, and finance teams while developing a solid foundation in business partnering, financial analysis, and commodity markets. For motivated individuals, it represents an excellent entry point into LDC and a strong platform from which to pursue future career opportunities across Finance, Commercial, Operations, or other functions within the Group.

• Contribute to budget, forecast, and landing exercises by challenging assumptions and assessing associated risks and opportunities.
• Participate in discussions with commercial and finance teams to understand the financial performance of the Coffee Platform and the drivers of profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance, operational initiatives, and market developments.
Process Improvement & Digitalization
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical tools through automation and simplification initiatives.
