Program Management Office Specialist (PMO) (H/F)

Drive user adoption of new digital tools by delivering training sessions and providing ongoing user support Contribute to the digitalization and data strategy by: Structuring and organizing data to enhance accessibility and reliability Automating KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes Maintaining, optimizing, and developing Power BI solutions Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, AI tools) to enhance efficiency and decision-making Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies by aligning processes across business lines and strengthening overall competitiveness Assist the PMO team in designing and delivering training materials and documentation Provide operational support to project managers on tools, processes, and best practices

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a business school or university with a strong interest for engineering, or business. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country) You have a solid foundation in Program Management principles (required) and ideally initial practical experience in this area You demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn quickly in a complex environment (multicultural, multi-location, multi-disciplinary) You possess strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or programming languages You are highly organized and structured, with the ability to define, implement, and monitor processes effectively You bring exposure to or experience in finance, industrial operations, supply chain, digitalization, or R&D environments You show the ability to gain autonomy quickly, take initiative, and drive tasks forward independently You are open minded and with a serious desire to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus, as well as a first experience in professional negotiation. You have knowledge in the Microsoft Package (Excel, PPT, Word,…) Your English is fluent and another European language is a plus.
