Junior Controller & Financial Analyst (H/F)

To develop financial, analytical, and commercial skills by supporting the Finance team at the plant in management control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment and contributing to the company's overall performance. Functions: • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting and preparation of forecasts and budgets. • Support inventory, CAPEX and working capital follow-up and participate in preparation of business cases and financial analysis. • Support accounting processes (accruals, provisions, reconciliations) and assist in audit preparation and documentation.

The graduate will join an international industrial environment and gain practical experience within the Finance department at plant level. The position offers a valuable opportunity to develop analytical and financial skills through involvement in financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. Under the guidance of the Plant Controller, the graduate will gradually take on greater responsibilities and build a solid foundation for a career in Finance. We are looking for: Recent graduate or Master's student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment. International experience (academic, professional, or through exchange programs) is highly valued. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Spanish is highly valued.
