VIE - Cybersecurity Engagement Project Lead - Madrid (H/F)

As a VIE Cybersecurity Engagement Project Leader, you will join the Cyber Trust & Engagement team and help make cybersecurity topics more visible, understandable, and engaging for both internal and external audiences. You will work on content creation, digital communication, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement — helping transform complex cybersecurity messages into clear, impactful stories. This is a great opportunity to develop your communication, project management, and digital engagement skills while gaining exposure to a strategic topic in a global company. What will you do? Create and adapt cybersecurity content for different formats such as articles, web pages, newsletters, presentations, LinkedIn posts, and executive summaries. Support digital communication initiatives, including website updates, social media content, and online visibility campaigns. Help simplify complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly messages. Track communication performance, consolidate KPIs, and prepare simple dashboards or summaries to measure impact. Benchmark best practices in cybersecurity communication, digital engagement, and thought leadership to identify new ideas. Contribute to team efficiency by creating templates, guidelines, reusable materials, and supporting communication processes.

Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Communication, Business. First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in communication Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging. A curious mindset and an interest in technology, cybersecurity, digital communication, or corporate reputation. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several topics at the same time. A proactive, creative, and continuous improvement mindset. Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work in an international environment. Professional fluency in English.
