Supply Chain and Logistic Engineer (H/F)

Context: To continue IKOS’s growth in Canada, we are seeking Logistic and Supply Chain Engineers who are keen to take part in our missions in La Pocatiere (Canada). As part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, components, equipment, and spare parts required for railway projects are available at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. The role is particularly important in large projects such as rolling stock manufacturing, signalling systems, CBTC deployments, track infrastructure, electrification, and maintenance depots, where thousands of components come from multiple suppliers worldwide. Responsibilities: • Forecast material needs based on project schedules. • Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers. • Monitor purchase orders and deliveries. • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans. • Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements

• You must hold a Master degree in Science or Engineering field (Engineering studies and background are mandatory) • As this is a Junior role, we are looking for engineers with 0-2 years of experience in the role • Previous experience in the railway field is preferable • Excellent technical writing and communication skills. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • French and English proficiency are mandatory.
