V.I.E. - 12 months - Business Management F/M - Japan (H/F)

In this role, you will support our Natixis CIB Japan management and front office teams with: Managing initiatives, new products, introduction of credit requests, staffing requirements, internal communications, budgeting and planning, to achieve business goals. Working with all front office heads and coordinating with counterparts in distribution teams. Coordinating within the Asia Pacific Platform with global product lines and support & control functions to raise the Japan profile within the organization and ensure commitment and prioritization to regional initiatives. Supporting the organization of client and internal events, as well as coordination with French public authority relationships (e.g., French Embassy, French Chamber of Commerce, etc.).

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: - Junior level with 1-3 years’ experience working in financial institutions; - Proven initiative-taking and organizational skills; - Synthetical and analytical capabilities; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset. This position is only open to the candidates who are eligible to the Business France V.I.E program : - French or European citizens - Between 18 and 28 years old - To be from a country other than the host country - Graduated
