Details of the mission: As a Stability Coordinator for the Nutrition Solutions business, the VIE will support the VITEasy stability program under the guidance of senior scientists or technical leaders. The role focuses on supervised ownership of defined stability coordination activities, including stability study documentation, statistical analyses, and critical review of data generated by internal or external laboratories, in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Role and responsibilities: Under supervision, you will: - Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of stability study documentation, including protocols and reports. - Review stability data generated by laboratories for completeness, consistency, and compliance with approved protocols and specifications. - Support the identification and documentation of atypical, out of trend (OOT), or out of specification (OOS) results, escalating issues to senior team members as appropriate. - Perform statistical trend analyses to support product shelf-life assessment and verify minimal internal limit specifications using appropriate statistical tools. - Contribute to the interpretation of stability results using established scientific and quality principles. - Apply a basic understanding of stability science, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements in daily activities. - Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Systems, GxP, and data integrity requirements for all documentation and data review activities. - Execute assigned routine tasks with autonomy, while escalating non-routine, complex, or compliance-sensitive issues to senior team members. - Demonstrate ability to apply technical theories and principles to projects within area of expertise for routine tasks.

Profil recherché

• Possess relevant laboratory/technical/analytical, writing and computer skills (MS Word, Excel) • Ability to organize, objectively assess and clearly communicate information • Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from lab data • Appropriately prioritize assignments to meet project schedules • Demonstrate flexibility • Quality oriented, attentive to detail • Good written and spoken English • Ability to work in a team environment • Self-motivated and take personal accountability for getting the job done
