V.I.E. Supervision Accounting Agent (H/F)

The GBTO TRA department deals with a lot of Société Générale Luxemburg BU/SU. We are in charge of the reporting modelisation for business and regulatory needs. We are also in charge of the support for a lot topics with helping business lines in theSI transformation, in new projects and in the optimisation of operational processes. We are also in charge of the supervision of the auxilliary accounting of GBTO and ensure the first levelof escalation between GBTO and DFIN on accounting matters. We perform a continous monitoring of GBTO PP accounts in the certification process.. Tasks and responsibilities: - Providing support to operational teams in the context of accounting activities - Acting as the first level of escalation between GBTO Back-Office and DFIN on accounting matters - Continuous monitoring of PP accounts and the related certification process - Supporting business lines on the accounting workflow of certain projects and on the implementation of new accounting flows

Studies & experience: - Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance - A previous experience in Finance would be appreciated Language skills: - Fluent in English Technical, operational & soft skills: - Good communication and presentation skills - Proficient/Good command of MS Office - Strong listening and analytical skills - Proactivity, spearheading of proposals
