Group Transformation PMO Italy (H/F)

The nexT Program has been launched to support Lynxeo’s future growth ambitions. This strategic transformation is based on the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and standardized global applications and technologies, including infrastructure, site digitalization, AI and business intelligence, in order to harmonize global processes. Beyond digitalization, nexT represents a company-wide transformation focused on harmonization, rationalization and operational efficiency. Based in Pioltello, Italy, and reporting to the Transformation Program Director, the Group Transformation PMO will support international rollout projects within the nexT Program. The position is part of a broader international PMO development pathway and offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, planning, change management and deployment activities. Main responsibilities: 1. PMO support for nexT deployment projects • Support project governance and rollout coordination activities. • Contribute to planning follow-up, risk identification and action tracking. • Coordinate with local project teams and central or global teams. • Prepare and support project workshops, testing phases, go-live activities and hypercare. • Contribute to change enablement activities at both local and Group level. • Produce and maintain project documentation and PMO deliverables in accordance with defined methodologies. 2. Contribution to the international PMO squad • Join an international PMO squad supporting nexT rollouts across several countries. • Contribute to collaboration, knowledge sharing and team dynamics. • Help maintain project momentum and stakeholder engagement, including when teams are not physically present on site. • Contribute to strengthening Lynxeo’s ways of working and corporate culture. 3. Operating model support • Contribute to the lifecycle management of the nexT operating model, from deployment through stabilization. • Support the continuous improvement of PMO practices, methodologies and tools. These responsibilities will be carried out in an international and multicultural business environment.

Fluent English and native or fluent Italian is obligation. This position is open to candidates who hold, or are currently completing, a master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. A first experience through an internship, apprenticeship or junior position in project management, consulting, business transformation, or an IT/digital environment would be appreciated but is not mandatory. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented and able to ensure reliable project follow-up. They should be adaptable, comfortable working with changing priorities and multicultural stakeholders, and willing to speak up, ask questions and suggest improvements. A strong team spirit, autonomy, initiative and an interest in digital transformation are essential. Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
