Context of the mission:
The Product Development team is managing a growing portfolio of margin improvement, supplier management and product sustainability projects supporting business competitiveness and supply chain resilience. Additional support is required to evaluate alternative materials and suppliers, manage Supplier Notifications of Change (SNC), and coordinate product and process changes in compliance with GMP requirements. The VIE will contribute to ensuring continuity of supply, cost optimization and successful implementation of changes across the Nutrition and Plastics portfolios.
Details of the mission:
Step 1 – Support a Senior Product Development Engineer in the execution of projects related to cost improvement initiatives, supplier changes, qualification of alternative sources and management of Supplier Notifications of Change (SNC).
Step 2 – Progressively take ownership of projects and independently lead change management initiatives, supplier qualifications and margin improvement projects from assessment through implementation.
The role will focus on plastics and nutrition products within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. .
Role and responsibilities:
• Support margin improvement and product sustainability projects.
• Coordinate supplier qualification and alternative sourcing initiatives.
• Manage Supplier Notifications of Change (SNC) and associated assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, protocols, risk assessments and project reports.
• Coordinate validation activities and implementation of approved changes.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Engineering and Operations teams.
Profil recherché
Master degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• French and English proficiency required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Interest in plastics, packaging technologies and pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge or interest in GMP-regulated environments.
• Ability to analyze technical changes and assess risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
