Context of the mission:
The Product Development team is managing an increasing portfolio of strategic plastic component development and industrialization projects supporting business growth and new product launches. Additional project management and technical support are required to ensure the timely execution of development activities, production trials, validation batches and industrialization initiatives while maintaining full compliance with GMP requirements. The VIE will play a key role in supporting cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Quality, Engineering and Operations and will contribute to the successful introduction of innovative plastic components into manufacturing.
Details of the mission:
Step 1 – Support a Senior Product Development Manager in all key activities related to the development and industrialization of new products. The scope includes plastic components such as bags, molded parts and extruded components.
Step 2 – Progressively take ownership of Product Development projects and independently lead selected initiatives through planning, trial execution, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
A strong focus will be placed on the preparation, execution and analysis of production trials, validation activities and industrialization projects.
Role and responsibilities:
• Drive product development activities supporting the industrialization of innovative plastic components.
• Coordinate production trials, validation batches and key project deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, protocols and project reports.
• Ensure timely execution through effective planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Develop project management and leadership skills through coaching and progressive ownership of projects.
Profil recherché
Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• French and English proficiency required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Interest in polymer and plastics technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
