Buyer Environmental Services and Solutions (H/F)

As a Buyer, you will support the ESS team in procurement activities across several European sites, gaining valuable exposure to strategic sourcing within an international industrial environment. This position is designed for young graduates looking to develop their expertise in purchasing while working in a multicultural and dynamic environment. Main responsibilities: Support procurement projects related to Water Cycle and Waste Management. Assist in tendering processes, supplier evaluations, and contract preparation. Participate in supplier market analysis and benchmarking activities. Support the identification and qualification of new suppliers. Assist in supplier performance monitoring and contract compliance follow-up. Contribute to spend analysis, reporting, and savings tracking. Support negotiations and supplier communications under the supervision of the ESS team. Collaborate with operational, technical, and procurement teams across Europe. Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Recently graduated with a Master's degree (Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Procurement or related field). 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interest in procurement, sustainability and industrial operations. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving capabilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment. Curious, proactive and willing to learn. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in environmental topics, circular economy and industrial sustainability. Willingness to learn and develop professionally
