Contract Logistics Business Process Excellence Professional LATAM (H/F)

YOUR ROLE As part of strengthening our Innovation team, we are looking for a candidate to lead and develop operational excellence projects at both regional (Latin America) and global levels. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring key performance indicators, preparing strategic presentations for top management, and supporting daily operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the overall performance of our organization. Missions : • Lead strategic projects for the LATAM region • Promote the culture of operational excellence for the LATAM region • Cascade the global continuous improvement strategies to the LATAM region • Support the team in operational routines • Support different initiatives of a multidisciplinary team within the region

ABOUT YOU ➢ Hard skills: background in business administration, engineering, or related fields, with knowledge in project management and performance indicators ➢ Soft skills: strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, adaptability, and proactivity. Needs to demonstrate autonomy and a strong team spirit. Very interested in digital innovation such as drones ➢ Languages: advanced English; basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable to facilitate communication across the LATAM region
