PLM Teamcenter Developper (H/F)

Join Capgemini Japan and contribute to large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation programmes for leading industrial clients. As part of our Engineering & Digital Manufacturing practice, you will help design, deploy and enhance Teamcenter solutions that support innovation, engineering excellence and digital continuity across the entire product lifecycle. Working in a multicultural environment, you will collaborate with both local and global teams while gaining valuable exposure to Japanese business culture and delivery practices. Your role As a Teamcenter Developer, you will design, build and maintain custom Teamcenter functionalities, integrations and extensions that enhance product lifecycle management processes. You will work closely with technical leads, architects and engineering teams in a collaborative and international environment. Key responsibilities - Develop custom Teamcenter functionalities - Configure and customize Teamcenter components - Build integrations with CAD, ERP and enterprise systems - Develop workflow extensions and custom business logic - Participate in technical design and code reviews - Support system testing and troubleshooting activities - Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing - Ensure development quality and maintainability

Your profile You bring: - 2+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter in a development, customization, configuration or integration role - Practical experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects within industrial or manufacturing environments - Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and core functionalities - Experience with Teamcenter customization and development - Strong Java development skills - Understanding of client-server architectures and enterprise applications - Experience working with Teamcenter integrations involving CAD, ERP or other engineering systems - Fluent Italian and English communication skills Nice to have - Experience with NX, CATIA or other CAD integrations - Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or industrial engineering environments - Exposure to cloud-based PLM platforms What you'll love - Lead the change : Drive the technical success of complex PLM transformation programs. - Shape your path : Develop leadership capabilities while remaining close to cutting-edge technologies. - Connect for success : Work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing and digital transformation.
