As part of our Intelligent Industry and Digital Engineering practice, you will support the design and evolution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions based on leading platforms such as Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter. Working in an international and multicultural environment, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT and business stakeholders to help clients improve collaboration, product innovation, traceability and digital continuity across the entire product lifecycle. Location: Milan or Turin, Italy Your role As a PLM Solution Architect, you will: - Contribute to the design and evolution of PLM solutions supporting engineering and manufacturing transformation programs - Support business and technical workshops to understand customer requirements and translate them into solution designs - Participate in solution architecture activities across product development, engineering, manufacturing and change management domains - Contribute to integration design between PLM platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES and CAD applications - Support data governance, product structure, configuration management and engineering change processes - Participate in deployment, testing and continuous improvement initiatives - Contribute to architecture documentation, best practices and knowledge sharing across project teams

Your profile This position requires prior hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and at least one of the following platforms: 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill or Teamcenter. Profiles without PLM experience are unlikely to be a good fit for the role. Mandatory qualifications You bring: - 3+ years of experience working on PLM implementation, deployment or transformation projects - Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill or Teamcenter - Experience supporting solution design, configuration, integration or architecture activities within PLM environments - Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes and engineering data management - Experience working with industrial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or engineering organizations - Knowledge of PLM, CAD and enterprise application ecosystems - Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders - Fluent English communication skills Preferred technical skills - 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill or Teamcenter - BOM and engineering change management - PLM integrations (CAD, ERP, MES) - PLM implementation or transformation projects Nice to have - Experience with Digital Thread initiatives - Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) - Experience in Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0 programs What you'll love - Reimagine what's possible : Support major engineering and digital transformation programs for some of the world's leading industrial organizations. - Own your growth : Develop expertise across multiple industry-leading PLM technologies including 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill and Teamcenter. - Connect for success : Collaborate with international experts across Capgemini's global Engineering and Intelligent Industry network.
