About the job As Marketing Project Coordinator Iberia VIE within our EP Franchise Iberia team, you’ll gain hands-on international experience within a leading global pharmaceutical company, contributing to both Spain and Portugal operations. You will be embedded in a dynamic, cross-functional team, bringing together Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Omnichannel, Regulatory, Digital, amongst others; all united around a shared ambition: accelerating the growth of Sanofi's EP portfolio and improving outcomes for patients living with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. As a VIE, you will be fully integrated into the team, contributing to strategic projects while developing your expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and digital transformation. Main responsibilities: a) Content Management - Contribute to the creation, adaptation, and local validation of promotional and medical content for the EP franchise. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies throughout the content review and approval process, track content timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. - Manage and organize modular content across multiple channels: digital platforms, print materials, and field force tools. b) Digital Campaign - Coordinate digital "pure play" campaigns end-to-end, acting as the local point of contact with third-party digital partners/agencies. - Prepare and maintain the content editorial plan (calendar, formats, channels, key messages) aligned with the brand plan and campaign objectives. - Lead briefing, follow-up, and quality control of deliverables produced by third-party providers. - Monitor campaign performance metrics and support optimization recommendations. - Ensure alignment between digital campaign content and medical/regulatory validation requirements. c) Events & HCP Engagement - Organize and coordinate events, including webinars for healthcare professionals, manage end-to-end logistics: platform setup, speaker coordination, invitation campaigns, and post-event follow-up. - Support the preparation of congresses and scientific symposiums where relevant. d) Digital Solutions & SEO/GEO Upgrading - Conduct website audits for EP-related digital assets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Support content structure optimization and contribute to SEO/GEO enhancements. e) Brand Plan & Strategic Support - Actively contribute to the preparation of the brand plan for the EP franchise in Iberia, gather and synthesize market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. - Own KPI tracking and reporting for marketing activations across Spain and Portugal, assist in cross-functional coordination between the two markets, ensuring alignment and consistency of initiatives. Profil recherché

About you Experience: - Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and/or digital marketing. Soft and technical skills: - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills across cultures and functions. - Solution-oriented with a genuine "can do" attitude. - Comfortable operating in a cross-functional and international setting. - Strong attention to detail in content review and regulatory compliance. - Creativity and enthusiasm for contributing to innovative marketing initiatives. - Ability to synthesize diverse inputs and support data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with the diabetes and cardiovascular therapeutic area is appreciated. - Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g. SEO, UX, content strategy). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Education: - Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Life Sciences, or a related field. Languages: - English: Professional level - written and spoken. - Portuguese, and Spanish: Professional level - written and spoken.
