Description de la mission

Management: - Assist the Head of the VIC Chapter in training and managing interns, as well as in assisting the VIC Chapter Councillors in their mission. - Assist the Head of the VIC Chapter with all administrative tasks necessary for the success of FACCI VIC, FACCI Federal, and its committees. - Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders (French institutions, all levels of Government, professional organisations, other bilateral chambers, etc). - Act as the "front line" contact for all enquiries regarding events, memberships, and services under your scope of intervention. Memberships: - Assist the Head of the VIC Chapter in retaining existing members (a portfolio of members will be allocated to the VIC Events and Partnerships Coordinator). - Identify leads and actively promote memberships as directed by the Head of the VIC Chapter. - Assist the Head of the VIC Chapter in handling membership requests and related administration. - Propose and implement sales strategies to recruit new members as directed by the General Manager and VIC Head of Chapter. - Meet budgets and deadlines regarding membership revenue as per target provided by the General Manager. - Liaise with the Marketing and Communication team to communicate about the members under your portfolio. - Manage data entry into FACCI online directory and members' list. - Update CRM (Glue Up) and use it to its full potential. Events: - Engage with members of the VIC FACCI council for their contribution and participation at events. - Select and liaise with external stakeholders: speakers, public and private partners, French and Australian companies, venues, entertainment, catering, and media. - Take a hands-on approach to structuring, planning, budgeting (creating a budget for each event), promoting, organising, and managing your events to ensure they are executed to the highest standard. - Coordinate and attend VIC events under your scope of intervention such as Industry Committee events and others. - Researching financial and in-kind sponsors for events and maintain relationships with sponsors. Develop proposals and ensure sponsorship conditions are adhered to. - Manage event bookings, payments, and ticketing when applicable. - Increase the number of attendees at, and the quality of, FACCI events and offers. Coordinate RSVP lists and answer event inquiries. - Meet budgeted event and sponsorship revenues as per target provided by the General Manager. - Liaise with the Marketing & Communication team to communicate around events. - Manage social media (LinkedIn & Facebook) about the events. - Update the FACCI website with upcoming events and past events articles. - Update CRM (Glue Up) and use it to its full potential. - Coordinate the involvement of volunteers when applicable. Marketing: - Collaborate with the FACCI National Team and Marketing & Communication team regarding branding, promotion, and development of the communication plan for national events taking place in VIC. - Update the FACCI website with upcoming events and articles about past events under your scope of intervention. - Manage social media (LinkedIn & Facebook) related to your events. - Ensure continuous promotion of events throughout the year. - Identify new event opportunities in collaboration with other FACCI chapters or external partners. - Ensure that all your past and upcoming events are documented on the website. Business Services: - Promote our services to our members and the network of French Chambers of Commerce and identify opportunities. - Partner with and promote services to various organisations in France, Australia, or Asia. - Manage and deliver market research, VAT refund processing, identification of importers or distributors, offer testing, appointment scheduling with qualified leads, job offers, and other business services.

Profil recherché

- Strong knowledge of the French and Australian market and its industries. - Tertiary qualification in project and event management or similar level of experience. - Experience in planning and delivering events autonomously. - Business development experience to secure memberships and sponsorships. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and French (a plus). - Proficiency in CRM tools and software is crucial. - Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously with a positive "can-do" attitude.
