Description de la mission
The Manufacturing Engineer key responsibilities include developing and improving manufacturing processes, implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, establishing standards and training plans, supporting shop-floor operations, solving complex production and quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The role also involves collaborating with engineering teams in implementation and ramp-up of new manufacturing technologies, including automated welding system and contribute in cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, with a focus on product rationalization activities and lead time reduction.
Key projects:
• Welding Robot Implementation
Support the setup, validation, and production ramp-up of an automated Hardfacing Welding Robot.
Activities include:
-Development and optimization of NC programs.
-Shop-floor support during commissioning and production startup.
-Documentation management and process standardization through SI-GEMS.
• Heat Treatment Cost Reduction Project
Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing heat treatment costs and improving process efficiency.
• Indexable Drilling Tools Implementation for TCI Cone Machining
Support the introduction of new indexable drilling tools for TCI cone production.
The aim of the project is to improve machining efficiency, reduce tooling costs, and enhance process performance.
• 5-Axis CNC Machine Fixture Design & Capex Project
Contribute to the design and implementation of fixturing solutions, improve machining capability, manufacturing flexibility and cost reduction.
Profil recherché
RESUME IN ENGLISH MANDATORY
• Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on machining and welding processes or related field.
• Quick learner with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
