Data and Process Analyst (H/F)

"We are OUIGO España, the new high speed train company in Spain, that have the objetive of approach the high speed trains to every people." We started our project in Spain in 2021. Actually we are opering in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza, Tarragona, Albacete and Alicante, but we want to further expand our destinys to the south of Spain, adapting our service to the needs and demands of all our passangers. In OUIGO we work in a young and dinamic atmosphere, where the team work, the proximity and the easyness are the key to reach the objetives. Do you want to join in the high speed transformation of Spanish trains? We are looking to you! Your principal tasks: "• Monitor the maintenance digitalization roadmap, analyzing current needs, identifying new requirements aligned with the Planning team's objectives, and proposing improvement opportunities." •Develop KPIs and reporting tools to support the Planning team, particularly regarding maintenance resilience and efficiency, covering both historical performance and trend analysis, and enabling future projections and forecasting. •Apply dynamic management business processes for the definition of transport and resource plans, contribute improvements to the process, align them with the different stakeholders, and ensure proper analyse for decision making. •Analyze medium-, long-, and very long-term trends in the evolution of transport and mobility in Spain, identifying risks, opportunities, market niches, challenges, and other potential developments.

Your profile: "• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Economics, or related field)" "• Knowledge of IT tools for data visualization, calculations, statistical analysis, strategy, and planning" "• Excel, a data visualization tool (for example, Power BI), and PowerPoint." "• SQL is a plus" "• Spanish (B1/B2) and English (B2+)"
