Procurement Officer (H/F)

You will join our procurement team, operating within a multi-brand, multi-country group. As a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category in a fast-paced international environment. Your missions : Define and execute the sourcing strategy for the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category, aligned with overall procurement and business objectives Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, including scoping, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Risk/Insurance teams) across the group's various brands and countries Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and supplier innovation within the category Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance frameworks (including platform usage, e.g. Ivalua) Track and report category KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance) Support contract renewals and lead renegotiations

Experience in procurement, with 3 years Experience with procurement fundamentals: strategic sourcing, end-to-end RFx process, contract management and renewal processes, spend analysis English & French
